HOA Roundtable: The HOA Roundtable is a coalition of HOA's and civic organizations representing more than 85,000 families who are impacted by land use policies the improperly locate data centers in our communities. Destruction of historically significant lands adjacent to our national parks; eroding property values of homeowners; and threatening the quality of water in Northern Virginia are just a few of the adverse consequences of this poorly developed land use proposal.
